Aiming to offer income-focused returns from a protected position in the capital structure.

Key features
  • Seeks exposure to commercial real estate debt through senior loans, whole loans and selected mezzanine loans secured on institutional-quality properties that are stabilised or require some physical structural or operational improvements
  • Underwriting focused on robust property fundamentals and sponsor business plans
  • Targets primarily logistics, multi-family, private rented sector and build-to-rent. Selectively office, retail, student housing, light industrial and other alternatives
  • Focus on U.K. and continental Europe with primary investment countries being Spain, Germany, The Netherlands and Ireland, with the ability to invest opportunistically in countries including Italy, France and Portugal
  • Promotes ESG characteristics through the operation of a proprietary ESG scorecard and provision of Green loans
