Business Resource Groups (BRGs)
Nuveen supports a rich community of Business Resource Groups (BRGs) that unite associates and foster a culture of inclusion. These employee-led groups are open to all employees and endeavor to bring employees together through a broad array of activities, from professional development, to community engagement and financial fluency. We believe these BRGs make our company a better place to work and a stronger company with which to do business.

Community impact
Nuveen strives to make a positive impact on the communities in which we live, work and invest. Through initiatives like our associate-led Community Grant Program, the Nuveen Invest in the Future Scholarship, and a Matching Gifts program, among others, we support and engage with nonprofit organizations in communities across the globe. We also have a robust global volunteer program that provides opportunities for associates to work alongside one another to make a difference in our communities.
Community partnership spotlight
In 2024, Nuveen kicked off a three-year partnership with City Year New York where we serve as team sponsor for Mosaic Preparatory Academy to support the community, advance educational equity and develop future leaders.
