Nuveen Green Capital along with Standard Insurance Company, PNC Bank, and Midland States Bank partnered with the project Sponsors to fund this $65 million planned multifamily conversion project. Nuveen Green Capital provided 20% LTC C-PACE construction financing alongside Standard Insurance Company’s senior construction loan, PNC’s HTC equity, Midland State Bank’s HTC bridge loan, and the Sponsors’ equity.

The Fidelity & Deposit Building is a 15-story Romanesque Revival historic office tower built in 1894 located at 210 N Charles St. in downtown Baltimore, MD. The property is a half mile from the famed Baltimore Inner Harbor, and upon completion, the office tower will be converted into a 231-unit apartment building with 18,000 square feet of retail/office space and 12,000 square feet of restaurant space.
