About Matthias Weisser

Matthias is responsible for the finance management of Nuveen Real Estate’s German special funds. This includes the coordination and monitoring of real estate transactions along with the arrangement of external debt, cash management, distributions but also bank and investor reporting and close cooperation with external parties.

Matthias has a strong financial background with a focus on the Real Estate sector and has worked several years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the areas audit and valuation. Prior to joining Nuveen Real Estate, he was responsible for the German finance department of an international investor in Student Housing.

Matthias has a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance, which he earned 2016 at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
