Karolina Wojtowicz

About Karolina Wojtowicz
Karolina is a Director in the European Real Estate Debt team at Nuveen. She is responsible for origination and execution of investment opportunities across the UK and target markets in Continental Europe.
Prior to joining Nuveen in 2023, Karolina was at LaSalle Investment Management on the Transactions side of the Debt Investments and Value-Add business, working across the capital structure on debt and equity investment opportunities. Karolina started her career in real estate debt at Investec Bank in the Structured Property Finance division, where she was involved in growing and managing the bank’s loan book.
Karolina graduated with a B.A. in Land Economy from University of Cambridge.
