About Christian Schönhofer-Holler

Christian is a senior portfolio manager in Nuveen Real Estate’s Vienna office. He is responsible for property acquisitions and asset management across Austria, ensuring the fulfilment of the goals set for the various funds investing in Austria.

Prior to joining the company in 2012, Christian worked for Otto Immobilien Gruppe, where he was part of the asset and property management department, being responsible for international clients. In 2005 he began focusing on commercial real estate.

Christian graduated with a degree from the Vienna University for Economics and Business Administration.
