Alexander Saslawski

Alexander Saslawski is Director Real Estate Fund Finance and leads our Fund and Property Finance teams in Frankfurt. The Finance teams' responsibilities range from managing external property and fund accountants to regular tasks related to transactions, financing arrangements, capital drawdowns and distributions, as well as meeting internal and external reporting requirements. The Finance teams work across disciplines and cooperate with internal departments, fund and asset management as well as numerous service providers and manage several funds investing in retail, logistics, residential and mixed-use portfolios in Germany and continental Europe through international and German vehicles (predominantly special funds).

Prior to joining the company in 2008, Alexander Saslawski spent three years as Head of Accounting and Human Resources at an online retail platform. He started his professional career in 2004 as an associate for tax law and accounting at a medium-sized tax consultancy in Wiesbaden, where he mainly prepared annual financial statements and tax returns for clients of different sizes and legal forms.

Alexander holds a degree in business administration with a focus on business law, taxation and auditing from the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences.
