Todd is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for both the Super Regional Mall Fund and the Super Regional Mall Venture, which are both diversified portfolios comprised of a total of 11 super regional malls and open-air, mixed-use assets. He has more than 28 years of real estate experience.
Previously, Todd was Head of Retail and Mixed-Use for the Northeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions, responsible for leading a team of investment and asset management professionals responsible for all retail equity acquisitions, dispositions and the asset management function for a multi-billion dollar portfolio located across the country. Prior to that, he was the Lead Portfolio Manager for Nuveen’s U.S. Cities Retail Strategy, a core open-end, commingled sector strategy. Throughout his career, Todd has served in executive level positions for REIT’s including Acadia Realty Trust in New York and JDN Realty Corporation in Atlanta.
Todd graduated with a B.A. in International Studies from Emory University in Atlanta and an M.B.A. from Emory’s Goizueta Business School where he co-founded the real estate program in 1998 and currently serves on a task force charged with further developing Goizueta’s real estate center. Todd regularly participates in public speaking engagements including Bloomberg Radio, the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, JLL's Retail University, and he was a Keynote Speaker for the Markets Group in Chicago.
