About Wendy Pryce

Wendy is a managing director and real estate product specialist at Nuveen. She is responsible for supporting the distribution of Nuveen's real estate investment capabilities. In her role she covers core, value-add and opportunistic equity and debt strategies across a range of investment vehicles.

Prior to joining Nuveen, Wendy spent twelve years at Morgan Stanley Investment Management as an executive director in both real estate and sales. She has extensive experience across all areas of real estate investing including acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, product development and distribution. At Morgan Stanley she also served on the Investment Committee of the Multicultural Innovation Lab, supporting early stage startups led by women and minority entrepreneurs. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley she was a manager at KPMG Consulting, covering large global financial services and real estate clients.

Wendy graduated with a B.S.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, where she exchanged with ESCP in Spain and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is an active member of several real estate related organizations and active supporter of women in real estate.
