Christine

About Christine Nardecchia

Christine is the co-portfolio manager of Nuveen Real Estate’s Strategic Industrial Fund III, a closed-end vehicle targeting value-add and development opportunities across the U.S.

As part of Nuveen’s industrial transactions team over the past four years, Christine has been responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting, performing due diligence on, and/or closing over $1bn in industrial deals nationally, including transactions on behalf of the U.S. Strategic Industrial Fund I and II. Before joining Nuveen’s industrial sector team in 2020, Christine worked on the investment portfolio team at Morgan Stanley where she held FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (since expired). Her responsibilities there extended to new product approvals, most notably for utilization of options and futures as hedging mechanisms across the banks’ platforms. She also previously worked at Dwight Capital underwriting complex capitalization structures for predominantly distressed assets.

Christine graduated with a B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Villanova University and is an active member of NAIOP.
