About Michael Massarano

Michael Massarano is a Partner and Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Arcmont Asset Management.

Michael previously held senior roles at BlueBay’s Private Debt group which he joined in 2017, after working at Avenue Capital where he focused on a wide range of credit investments as the European Private Debt industry began its rapid expansion.

Prior to Avenue Capital, Michael started his career within the leveraged finance team of Deutsche Bank with a focus on leveraged loans, high yield and restructuring transactions.

Michael graduated with First-Class Honours from Manchester University (MBS) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Finance and Economics.
