About Sophie Janssen
Sophie Janssen is an Investor Relations Director at Nuveen Infrastructure. Sophie is responsible for capital raising and investor relations across Nuveen’s Clean Energy division. She has supported the division's growth from €2bn AUM in 2021 to €5bn AUM in 2024 across Nuveen’s closed and open ended clean energy equity and credit strategies, which are backed by over 75 blue-chip investors globally.
She joined Nuveen in 2021 and is based in London. Prior to joining she worked for over 5 years at Nomura International, most notably as an Investment Banking Associate within the Structured Finance team in London.
Sophie holds a BA degree in International Business from Zuyd University Maastricht, an MA degree in International Relations from the University of Manchester, and an MSc degree in European Public Policy from University College London.
