About Daniela Hirsch
Daniela works for Nuveen Real Estate’s finance management team and
is responsible for Spezialfonds especially in our retail segment. Her key
responsibilities are financing and accounting, fund cashflow planning,
reviewing monthly and quarterly financial reporting for our investors
and banks as well as coordination and monitoring of service providers.
Before she joined the company in 2018, she worked for RREEF as inter-divisional controller in the asset management department. Before that she was fund accountant for international real estate Spezialfonds and was mainly in charge of NAV calculations and preparation of annual financial statements. Daniela also worked for Hauck Schuchardt and was in charge of accounting services for national and international customers with a team leading position. Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns were their key responsibilities. She also worked for Ernst & Young, reviewing financial statements and reporting in their real estate department.

Daniela graduated with a B.S in Finace and Accounting from Johannolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt/Main.
