About Eleanora Gililova

Eleanora is a managing director for Nuveen’s Credit Tenant Loan team, responsible for providing investment recommendations and portfolio management for Credit Tenant Loan strategies.

Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Eleanora began her career in TIAA’s real estate platform as an analyst covering mortgage originations in the retail, office, industrial, and multifamily sectors.

Eleanora graduated, magna cum laude, with a B.B.A. in Finance from Baruch University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
