About Kirsten Farrelly

Kirsten has held finance roles in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Singapore. She began her finance career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New Zealand in 1997, and entered the real estate industry when she joined the firm’s London office in 2007. In, she relocated to Nuveen Real Estate’s Singapore office where she has established, and now leads, the fund finance team that manage the day-to-day financial and accounting aspects of the firm’s growing APAC funds and investments. 
 
Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury (New Zealand) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003.
