About Julie Findlay

Julie Findlay is a Managing Director for Energy Infrastructure Credit at Nuveen. She has more than a decade of experience investing in energy and infrastructure assets including both debt and equity transactions.

Julie experience includes the execution of over $7 billion of private debt transactions and over $1 billion of equity investments on behalf of TIAA’s General Account. She has experience originating, underwriting, and structuring investments across the renewables and energy transaction infrastructure sectors. Julie has portfolio management experience including having served on boards for direct equity investments across the power, transportation, and digital subsectors. She joined TIAA in 2009 and began her career as an analyst on the Corporate Treasury team.

Julie graduated with a B.S. in Accounting and a M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
