About Mark Cameron

Mark is Head of Sustainability, Asia Pacific at Nuveen Real Estate. Based in Hong Kong, he is responsible for the implementation of the firms’ Tomorrow’s World strategy, integrating climate risk in the investment process and delivering on Nuveen’s 2040 Net Zero Carbon commitment for the region. Mark is a member of the Nuveen Real Estate’s Asia Pacific Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Nuveen, Mark was Head of Energy & Sustainability Services, Asia Pacific at JLL. Previously, he held leadership positions with global engineering design consultancies Arup & Buro Happold. Based in Hong Kong for the past 11 years, Mark has previously resided in Germany and the UK.

Mark holds a Bachelors in Building Services Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Masters module in Economics from Imperial College London. Mark is a licensed representative (type 1, 4) with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
