About Leo Chung

Leo is a research director in Nuveen’s Strategic Insights team responsible for Asia Pacific research and strategy. He conducts in-depth research and provides analytical analysis to support strategic planning for the Asia-Pacific business. Leo is involved in national sector and local market forecasts, using both historic and forward-looking analysis. He also works closely in the development of portfolio strategy for existing and new products.

Prior to joining the business in 2022, Leo held a variety of research roles over a 12 year span at CBRE. He was involved in preparing bespoke thematic research, regional investment market white papers as well as developing real estate investment strategies for clients and organising the Asia Pacific forecasting exercise.

Leo graduated with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance from the City University of Hong Kong. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts.
