John Cornuke

About John Cornuke
John is responsible for National Accounts and Tenant Relations and specifically dedicated to providing personalized service attentive to the needs of our tenants. Within this realm, John has responsibility for forging and managing relationships with many Fortune 500 and globally recognized corporate real estate occupiers.
Prior to his current role, John was Head of Office Sector, Americas responsible for the overall strategy, performance, and day-to-day activities of Nuveen Real Estate’s office investments and Head of Asset Management. He began his career with the firm, as a director of asset management for southern California and Arizona. Previously, John worked at Transwestern Commercial Services, Arnel Development, Lee & Associates, and Equity Office Properties Trust. He entered the industry in 1987.
John graduated with a B.A. in Business Management from Arizona State University. He also holds a California Real Estate License.
